Welcome to the home of the Otherfaith.

This is the main hub for all things concerning the ‘faith of the Other People’, more commonly shorted to ‘Otherfaith’. The Otherfaith is a modern polytheist religion founded in 2010. Our About page has some brief info on our creation and where the religion is currently.

Growing out of the modern Pagan and polytheist movements, the Otherfaith is a solidly polytheist and animist religious tradition that emphasizes devotion, prayer, and ritual as ways to connect with our deities. We also revere a myriad of spirits, including those of house and land.

The Otherfaith finds the sacred not only in the landscape and seasonal cycles but in urban life and technology. We are not attempting to reconstruct an ancient form of paganism or emphasize the pastoral over the urban; the balance and tension between the two form important cores to the Other People’s understanding of the world.

We are not currently accepting new members into the religion proper, but those interested in the tradition or our community may join our various groups across the web.
